Yesterday myself, Angie, Trent and Andrea went for an afternoon paddle out of Swift Current. We left from the bride at Pipers Hole, and paddled about, 3.5hrs (12kms) out to the end of the community. Along the way we stopped for lunch at a really cool waterfall. The weather was great, about 25 degrees C, and very sheltered conditions inside the arm. Here are some photos.

Aquaforte
A few weeks ago, myself, Dmitry and Val went for a little paddle before we returned the double kayak rental. My friends Trent and Andrea joined us along the way. Aquaforte is very sheltered and offers some scenic paddling in a short distance. We saw some small caves, sea stacks, a waterfall and lots of sea birds.

Kayak Camping, Pinchgut Tickle
This past weekend I took a few of my Russian coworkers, Dmitry and Valentin for a little kayak camping getaway. We left Colinet, St Mary's Bay on friday evening at 6pm and paddled about 6 kms to the beach at the end of Pinchgut tickle where we spent the night, had a nice fire, a few drinks and good food. The next morning we paddled back the same way, but went over to the waterfall on the Rocky River. We saw lots of wildlife, including some different birds, seals, and lots of salmon. Despite the fact that the weather was not great, and we did see the sunshine, it was still a great trip!
