Intricate Harbour, New World Island
After spending the night at Dildo Run Provincal Park, me and Ang got to take in a quick afternoon paddle at Intricate Harbour, near Cottlesville. It was blowing really hard outside the harbour, so we decided to spend a couple of hours exploring the islands and coves within Intricate Harbour. Lindy Rideout of Seaknife kayaks was gracious enough to have an excellent BBQ ready for us when we got back. What a way to end a paddle, a couple cold beer, BBQ pork chops and sausage. MMMMM.
Anyway, here are some pics of our short jaunt. Great to get on the water again.

3 of us camped in Intricate Hbr 3 summers ago - our 2nd night of 4 - on a trip to Exploits Island. After exploring the entire hbr we found a nice grassy meadow close to the entrance. water was bath temperature. I can't wait to get back to NDB for an extended paddling trip.
